Deposit & Waiver
Guests are required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement form before paying for their trip. PLEASE CLICK here to complete our digital waiver. You may also be asked to complete a physical waiver once you arrive and before any skiing takes place. If you require a waiver in any other language apart from English, please let us know.

Payment of a non-refundable deposit, along with our Booking Form, is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is taken off the total cost of your heli-skiing package.

Balance Payment
Balance payments are due 120 days prior to the heli-skiing package commencement date. If the balance is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without notice and the deposit is forfeited.

If booking later than 120 days prior to the package beginning date, the full heli-skiing package price is due.

Payment Method
Our payment processor is Flywire. This online platform allows guests to pay in their home currency, as well as to save money compared to traditional payment methods.

Rates
All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice. All our package prices include 5% GST.

Cancellation Policy by the Guest

The heli-skiing package begins and ends on the specified dates and has been offered as a complete package. There are no refunds, total or partial for any unused services due to late arrival, early departure, sickness or accident.
Cancellations will only be accepted in the form of confirmed email, registered mail or fax. Cancellations must be received 120 days prior to the arrival date of the heli-skiing package to Skeena Heliskiing Inc. or to your booking agent.

In the event of a cancellation by the guest before the 120 days commencement date deadline any payments made over the deposit amount will be refunded. Skeena Heliskiing will always retain the nonrefundable deposit.

There will be no refund if the cancellation is received less than 120 days before the commencement date of your heli-skiing Package.

Being denied entry into Canada due to failure to meet entry requirements, will not be accepted as a valid reason to cancel your booking and receive a refund, credit or to reschedule to a future date.

Cancellation by Skeena Heliskiing Inc.

Skeena Heliskiing reserves the right to cancel any heliskiing package in its total discretion in the event of an Act of God / Force Majeure. In this event your deposits and any payments will be not refunded. If possible, alternative dates will be arranged . In this event Skeena Heliskiing is not responsible or liable for any additional charges or losses for cancelling or changing dates for any other portion of your holiday such as flights, hotels, car rentals or anything you arranged to facilitate your vacation.

For all our packages, we INCLUDE a certain amount of vertical metres, or flying hours, depending on your package. While we include a certain amount, we also GUARANTEE a certain amount that you will ski/ride.

Over the course of your stay, if you cannot meet/exceed the guaranteed amount of your package through no fault of your own, you may be eligible for a refund, the amount depending on your package.

Packages based on HOURS (i.e. Private Helicopter Package)

The 7 night Private Helicopter Package includes 11 hours of flying, of which we guarantee 8 hours.
If the guaranteed hours are not reached due to weather or mechanical problems, you will be refunded CAD $3,000 per helicopter hour(s) not flown.
There are no refunds on helicopter hours if you choose not to fly during normal operating conditions.

Packages based on VERTICAL METRES (includes the following packages: Classic, Two Group and Lodge Buyout programs)

These packages includes Unlimited Vertical, as we offer a guarantee of 25,000 vertical metres (82,020 vertical feet). If the guaranteed vertical metres are not reached due to weather or mechanical problems, you will be refunded CAD $100 per thousand metres unused vertical.

The vertical metres is calculated on what is actually skied / boarded per group each day by the guide. If the length of a run is reduced to provide better skiing conditions, a minimum of 500 vertical metres (1640 ft) is calculated even in the event that the run is shorter. The refund amount is calculated not individually but on the amount skied by the guest with the highest vertical. In case you decide not to ski/board due to fatigue or ski/board skill level or for any other reason, and you do not reach your guaranteed vertical metres and others do, there is no refund.

There are no refunds if you choose not to participate in any activity and not go skiing or return to the lodge early.

In the event that you decide not to ski/snowboard for any portion of the day or week, Skeena Heliskiing reserves the right to fill your seat with someone else such as another guide, staff or guest.

The guides reserve the right to send guests back to the lodge during the day or to forfeit their skiing / boarding if their ski / boarding level is not adequate or below an acceptable level to be able to provide a safe and satisfactory program for all other guests involved.
